The current activities in the secondary schools, demonstrated in the empowerment of selected schools in Akure South Local Government in seed yam production, were of ten secondary schools in Akure South Local Government Area, being selected for a case experimentation. The harvested seed yam tubers were showcased in an exhibition held on the 18^th January 2024 at Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure, Ondo State Nigeria.
