The vision of Dolapo-Frank Farmers Organzation (NGO) is Rural and Urban Farming and Healthcare Initiatives.

The NGO aims specifically in promoting production of organic produce through the application of organic manure and organic pesticides in crop production and the healthcare initiatives for the participating farmers groups. 

Appropriate and optimum fertilizer rate and application, to ensure sustainable soil fertility status for optimum crop yield, is also a focus of the NGO. This is achieved through invention of automated Fertilizer/Manure digital computing. Collaborative projects and agricultural training programs that supported agricultural transformation, and skill development of farmers, including the youths are being embarked upon. Collaborative projects in seed yam and ware yam production with  State Government in Nigeria through secondary schools had been successfully executed.
